Ancient and spectacular mask Bobo (Burkina Faso) representing a face with an open mouth and a wide nose, on top of which is perched a stylized animal. Beautiful and ancient polychromy based on three ancient pigments (blue, black and brown). The mask is fully monoxyl. It has traces of carrying inside, some slits (in the middle of the animal's body). Former Parisian collection. Height: 53 cm.
