Very old "Botchio" Fon fetish, representing a character with arms along the body. His large hands are placed on the belly, the chest is marked, the face is serene. The very dense and hard wood (dark brown), lacks and wear are proof of a very beautiful antiquity for this object.  Probably sunk into the ground (wear on the legs) it has survived the passage of time. As Jacques Kerchache wrote, this type of object was never destroyed. Height: 34 cm.
