An ancient pair of Senufo statuettes (Ivory Coast), the woman has a beautiful shell-shaped hairstyle, scarification marks at the corners of the mouth, and around the navel and on the breasts. Both have a beautiful whitish patina of use and sacrifice, and a cloth loincloth. Wood, height: 25.5 and 21.5 cm. Former Parisian collection.
