Ancient and large Ewe statuette (Togo/Benin) representing a female character, arms detached from the body. This statuette is quite rare because of its size (33 cm), it was probably not used for the cult of twins. The face is very expressive, the eyes are half closed, the stylized hairstyle is pulled back. The feet are missing, the wood has a light patina.
