Old Gourage neckrest (Ethiopia), bell-shaped, carefully hollowed out. By its qualities of sculpture, patina, wear, this object is very old, probably XiX century. Perfectly balanced, the designs that surround the column and the base are clean and regular. The patina is like a shiny lacquer, black and brown in places. A very fine example of this type of object. Height: 15cm.
