Kpelie little mask (Ivory Coast)

Old small Kpelie mask (Senufo from Ivory Coast), replica of the masks worn, it is rare by its size (height 18 cm), probably a hut mask that was regularly handled as attested by its wood with a beautiful patina of use. Beautiful symmetry of the whole, he wears an elegant and stylized headdress, a scarification on the forehead and under the eyes, and a labret under the mouth. The mask has been well hollowed out, a little missing at the back of the mask, and the right side broken and glued back together (hardly visible).
