Large antique Mossi "Biga" doll (Burkina faso), carved in the traditional style. The whole is well-paced, the proportions are harmonious and the patina shows extensive use. The headdress is crenelated, the face bears scarification marks, as do the breasts and belly. Hardwood, height: 36 cm
